Now I’m trying ‘qiime dada2 denoise-paired’ command . I have 48 samples and after import mydata, I got a qza file which is 2.4G. How long will it take? It seems that this step takes a long time.
You will find out it soon enough. It’s hard to say, it’s also depends on how much features you will have in those samples. It can take 2 hours, or 2 days.
