Help with interpreting beta diversity result - Ja

Good day all

I am quite new to bioinformatics so i need a great deal of help. Attached is my beta diversity using Jaccard significance. I am a bit confused here cos the Permanova result p-value shows a significant difference but the pairwise comparison does not show a significant difference. Please could someone guide me as how to interpret the data.

This is more of a stats question, than a Qiime question, so I'm not much help here. Are you working with a statistician? They would be perfect for questions like this!
