Hi. I recently used greengenes2 for taxonomic assignment and noticed that I got no mitochondria or chloroplast being assigned (V4 region). I thought this was quite strange and found this similar post: Taxonomy filtering Greengenes2. Has this issue been fixed? I am using the version on the Qiime2 data resources page (downloaded March 2024). Thanks!
