get the stats such as minima, maxima for the boxplot generated by PERMANOVA as in the significance.qzv

Hi, I used PERMANOVA to generate boxplot for distances comparison. The journal where I am going to publish the data now requested for all the stats for the boxplot, such as minima, maxima, centre, bounds of box and whiskers and percentile. I am wondering how to get these stats easily.

Hello,

there is a special button in QIIME 2 View: "Download raw data in TSV"

You can calculate every statistic you want from it.
