I did try again with the eukaryotes UNITE database. Well it is true that all those bastards are plant contamination. Hi, Thanks for your input. Sorry for taking so long to answer but I tried to do the same on two computers (RAM problems) because I couldn't use qiime feature-classifier classify-sklear on my daily computer (naive-bayes I can't use it on any of them but on the forum I saw some classifiers so... no problem).
