Hello, I'm searching for a fungal ITS mock community to validate my pipeline. I have already assessed the ones provided in this tutorial: Fungal ITS analysis tutorial. I am now in need of additional test examples similar to those I utilized for 16S analysis, which included the following files:
- mock_1_R1.fastq.gz
- mock_1_R2.fastq.gz
- mock_2_R1.fastq.gz
- mock_2_R2.fastq.gz
- mock_3_R1.fastq.gz
- mock_3_R2.fastq.gz
So I'm looking for something similar for ITS
