I have a table.qza of 101 samples. One sample, D26i has 9 ASVs. I want to keep these 9 ASVs in all samples. How do I filter? Thanks.

Please, check filtering tutorial which contains information about how to achieve your goal.
In case if you do not know which features are present in that sample, export your feature table as a tsv table first to find their ids.
