Faprotax runtime error

Hi! I'm a newbie trying to run FAPROTAX (v 1.2.7)on QIIME output and encountering a run time error "Index error: List index out of range" Is this problem related to my input file or is there an issue with the code?

I am not very familiar with FAPROTAX but if you could provide the input you are giving to FAPROTAX and the command you are running and I will try my best to help!

Hello @niha,

It looks like the parts iterable is shorter than the keep_columns iterable. I would recommend opening an issue on the faprotax GitHub or wherever the source code is hosted, as we are unfamiliar with that software's internals.
