Error while running DADA2 command!

I already increased my RAM and the DADA2 command began working and after three days the following error appeared!!!

If i increased my RAM again, the command will continue or it will begin from the first step???

@Soha, I’m sorry, but the analysis will have to start over again. We don’t have any sort of checkpointing implemented that allows this to pick up where a failed run left off, though we do hope to have that type of support for some analyses in the future. How much memory was previously available to this job? We generally recommend at least 16GB, though sometimes more will be required.

Also, a log file should have been created as part of this failed run. Can you include that log file in your reply?
