Error while running DADA2 command!

each time i run DADA2, there is a new error code -9, -11 and 1!!!

The error codes that you are seeing have been diagnosed previously on the forum, e.g., here. It sounds like you are having a memory error and should use a more powerful machine, if possible — though other issues (e.g., sequence trim lengths) may be involved. Please check out those other posts, make the modifications recommended in those threads, and let us know if you are still having trouble (and if so please post the full commands you are using and complete error messages).
