I installed ALDEx2 package:
Usage: qiime aldex2 [OPTIONS] COMMAND [ARGS]...

But after: qiime aldex2 aldex2 \

Plugin error from aldex2:
An error was encountered while running ALDEx2 in R (return code 1), please inspect stdout and stderr to learn more.
Debug info has been saved to /tmp/qiime2-q2cli-err-w3dep_fc.log

Please, help to solve!

@mosmasha, @Tomas If you have not yet resolved the errors you were experiencing with the q2-aldex2 plugin, please post the exact command you attempted to run, and the complete error message and/or contents of the debug file. It is generally not possible to troubleshoot without a clear picture of exactly what error was raised and how.

As a best practice, it's usually best to open a new topic for issues you've run into unless you are absolutely certain you are dealing with the same issue as the OP, and feel that your results might help with troubleshooting. This may seem a little clunky, but it helps keep things tidy here.
