eKOI database in qiime2 format

I've been having some issues with assigning taxonomy to some COI data so when I saw the eKOI preprint I rushed to convert it to be useable in qiime2. It didn't solve my issues but thought I'd share in case anyone wanted to try it out.

eKOI github | eKOI preprint

Here is the link to files in the appropriate format, including the excel file used to take the fasta file database provided in the github to the two required taxonomy files, as well as a .sh file which is how they were trained.

I hope this is helpful to someone!
