I want to download the preprocessed data with the metadata for the American Gut Project. When I used the downloading process for all raw data I did not get the preprocessed data for the study, even though I want to download it. I did find that I can manually download it, however I want to do an analysis on all the artifacts in it (there are many artifacts) which make the manual approach a very ineffective method.
Is there a way to download the preprocessed data effectively?

For Qiita questions, I recommend contacting its help account (qiita.help@gmail.com). For accessing pre-processed feature tables from AGP, I advise using redbiom, a tutorial can be found here.
