After the amazing participation the last three years, the Institute for Systems Biology will host the next iteration of its virtual course and symposium on the microbiome.
This year’s course and symposium will take place from October 11th to October 13th 2023 and will focus on how the ecology of our guts protects us from pathogens.
ISB will host a one-day course on analyzing amplicon sequencing data with QIIME 2 on October 11th, followed by a one-day course on metabolic modeling of the microbiome and pathogen invasion on October 12th. The symposium will feature talks by seven amazing speakers.
The event is free of charge but requires registration.
