Continuing the discussion from Filter from one group:
Hi
I tried the
--i-table table.qza
--m-metadata-file feature-frequency-detail.csv
--p-no-exclude-ids
--o-filtered-table filtered-table.qza
after merginig the tables but I couldn't understand what to put in the

--m-metadata-file feature-frequency-detail.csv
my mapping file?
when I tried it the new feature table was empty

Hi @2508! Can you please describe what you're trying to achieve? Also, please include the full command you're running, and the contents of feature-frequency-detail.csv (e.g. as an attachment). Thanks!
