Dear qiime2R,
I have some problems regarding qimme2R:
When I added the below commands in the RStudio (based on the "Example Visualizations" of " Tutorial: Integrating QIIME2 and R for data visualization and analysis using qiime2R (v0.99.5)", then I got the below messages. What that means? If possible, help me to solve the mentioned problems.
In addition, whenever I finished my analysis in Qiime 2, what commands should I follow to do statistical analysis in R? I mean I just can follow the commands of "GitHub - jbisanz/qiime2R: Import qiime2 artifacts to R" or other commands are exist for further statistical analysis in R?
