we followed the intsallation steps given in Natively installing QIIME 2 — QIIME 2 2019.7.0 documentation
but we are not able to run the analysis,
please help

Hi @prabugr,
I have moved your post here because:

  1. you should always open a new topic rather than posting to a placeholder topic
  2. the command you are trying to run is actually not a QIIME 2 command

It looks like you are attempting to run a QIIME 1 command after installing and activating QIIME 2. These are totally different software packages, and are exclusive of one another. See https://qiime2.org/ for more details on running QIIME 2 — it looks like you have installed it succesfully!
