Chimera separate filtering

I was looking for an option to check for chimeras in q2. For various reasons I can’t use DADA2 and Deblur, and my data do not carry quality information.

Thanks for asking! Not yet, but we have an open issue to get a chimera checker added, which should be in this month’s release.

QIIME 2 2017.12 is now out and includes chimera detection methods in q2-vsearch!
