What exactly do you mean by "network analysis" in this context? What analysis are you trying to perform?

I'm going to open this up to other @moderators who are more experienced in the specifics of this. I can tell you QIIME 2 does not have built-in functionality to do that, but from what I know and have been told about your data it might be possible using other tools.

@Oddant1 is correct, we don't have direct support for this in the existing QIIME 2 distributions. The q2-SCNIC plugin from the Lozupone Lab does support this type of analysis, but unfortunately the plugin is out-of-date at the moment and doesn't work with the most recent release versions of QIIME 2.
Conceptually there is no issue with doing your network analysis on a collapsed taxon table (as opposed to an ASV table, for example). So, if you have an approach for doing this outside of QIIME 2, you should be fine to proceed with the table you shared.
