Dear Colleagues
I tried my best to find a plugin that can generate me barplots for pathway_abundance.qza but couldn’t. I generated pathway_abundance.qza ec_metagenomics and ko_metagenomics.qza following
qiime picrust2 full-pipeline
tutorial.
Now I just want to make barplots for level 1, 2 and 3 pathways. As tutorial suggests to use any qiime2 plugins for that. Can you please refer me to one specific for this.
Qiime2 alternative plugin here would be qiime taxa barplot which perhaps require taxonomy input.
