When I see the result of beta-diversity in Qiime. There are two options : PCoA and Parallel
When I clicked the Parallel, I could see this kind of data.
Do you know what each column and values mean? and how to interpret this?
Each line represents each group.

I have reclassified your post as “other bioinformatics tools” because the visualization you are asking about is not from QIIME 2. It looks like either a stand-alone emperor or qiime 1 visualization. I recommend asking your question on the appropriate forum for these software packages.
