Is there a way to assign taxanomic information on a feature for the ASV-level ancom plot generated?

The best way to do this is to look up your ancom identified feature ID in your taxonomy.
Otherwise you can run ancom after running taxa collapse on your feature table and then run ancom. This method asks a slightly different question because you will be looking for patterns at the taxon level of interest instead of looking for patterns at the asv level.
