hey all. I'm trying to animate trajectories in the emperor plots. My gradient is set to week (this is a longitudinal study-52 weeks total) and trajectory is subject# (there are 15 buckets). I only want to see one subject at a time. I found this closed post on the forum from 2020--> emperor animation. I'm working in Chrome and have unchecked all subjects except #1 under visibility and also reduced all subjects (except #1) to 0 opacity. The animation still runs all subjects. Am I missing something here? Thanks
@jmeilander, It sounds like you followed Yoshiki's recommendation here. Can you DM me your pcoa and metadata so I can try to figure out what's up?
Unfortunately, it looks like in the latest version of emperor the solution is still to remove the relevant values from the metadata.
