Hello All,
I recently used qiime composition ancombc. I was able to successfully generate my artifact. I then used qiime composition tabulate to get a .qzv. I used the fdr method with ancom-bc and used qiime composition tabulate to visualize my output. However, I am not sure how to see the fdr values for my ancombc model.
