Hello everyone, what does n=8 in Alpha Diversity Boxplots mean? How is this data obtained? Please give pointers to me, thank you!

Hi @Newman-Wang! The n stands for "the number of samples in the group", this means that that box plot represents the distribution of alpha diversity values for 8 gut samples. Hope that helps!
