Wording in Error message of qiime tools view

Usage: qiime tools view [OPTIONS] VISUALIZATION
Error: Invalid value: No index html file **with** is present in the archive. Available index extensions are:

With what? Couldn’t find it in the sources on GH to change it. The error message itself is correct, in this case there really was no index.*

Oh boy, that does seem pretty awkward, doesn’t it? It was faster to open a PR to update the message than it was to file a bug report, please see the following proposed fix: https://github.com/qiime2/q2cli/pull/219
