I want to know how to visualize the stats from quality-filter command in release 2017.12, because I see in the plug-in for release 2017.12 there is no visualization command, but in there is a command in plug-in release 2017.11?

Hi @Setiawan! In the 2017.12 release, you can visualize the quality filter stats with qiime metadata tabulate (we removed qiime quality-filter visualize-stats in favor of that).
