Great question and I hope that I am able to help.
This person was having a similar issue. The suggestions were:
- you can get a new classifier that is compatible with scikit-learn 0.22.1.
- you can download an older version of Qiime2 that is compatible with your classifier. Nick talks about how he suggests doing that in this post. This would allow you to use the classifier you have now and switch back to Qiime2 2020.2 for downstream analysis
