UniFrac plot in R

Dear all,

I have the ordination.txt file from the unweighted_unifrac_pcoa_results.qza. I suppose this is the .qza datafile were I can use for plotting? And not the unweighted_unifrac_distance.qza?? Also, I'm quite new to R and I just don't understand on how can I plot them using R or excel. (e.g. PCA plot). Is there is anyone in here can guide me on how to plot them? Hey @ssbbrr,

I think this tutorial covers exactly that! You have the right qza file for this, and qiime2r will help you parse the data.
