I having a problem in logging in to my Qiime2 interface via virtual machine. The commands displayed as follows:
BusyBox v1.22.1 (Ubuntu 1:1.22.0-15ubuntu1) built-in shell (ash)
(initramfs) _
Hopes that someone can give me a hand to resolve this problem. May I know is there any method to track those generated work file of Qiime2 in our Windows (not linux) ?
Hi @Benedict!
Sorry for the very delayed response.
Could you describe this setup a little bit more?
Are you interested in the .qza
/.qzv
files or the temporary files that are created (and removed) along the way?
As far as Windows is concerned generally speaking, some of the bioinformatics software QIIME 2 uses isn't available on Windows, so we have to run it inside something like a Docker container using Window's HyperV (this works pretty well!) or a full virtual machine like VirtualBox.
