I’m going through the “Importing Data” tutorial for " Casava 1.8 paired-end demultiplexed fastq" on QIIME2 version 2019.4 and I’m receiving this message:

There was a problem importing casava-18-paired-end-demultiplexed:

What is the issue?

I'm using MacOS Mojave Version 10.14.5. The QIIME2 version installed is 2019.4.
