Tutorial from Github on filtering 16S V4 using q2-fragment-insertion

Hi,

I have used QIIME2 and now, I am getting myself familiar for Qiita. I am currently in the process of preparing my data from V3-V4 to only V4 region for meta-analyses on Qiita.

I have checked the previous question on how to do this and I found this. It suggested to use the q2-fragment-insertion. I have go to the link in the Github to learn the tutorial but I do not really understand on how it works - which file to download, which file to open, how to open, etc. Any help would be much appreaciated. Thanks!

Check out the documentation for q2-fragment-insertion in the Qiime2 library. That includes a tutorial with example commands.

Start with that, and let us know if you have any questions about that tutorial or how to apply it to your data.
