trouble uploading multiplexed paired end data into Qiime2

hi this is probably a very basic question but I am brand new to Qiime2 and am still trying to learn the basics. I completed the moving pictures and Atacama tutorials and in both of those, we uploaded data using the wget command. For my data, I have it saved on my desktop. How do I upload this into qiime??? the files are (1) "sample-metadata.tsv", (2) emp-paired-end-sequences/forward.fastq.gz, (3) ~/reverse.fastq.gz, (4) ~/barcodes.fastq.gz

Given the names of your files (EMP format?) you should be able to follow the approach outlined within the Moving Picture Tutorial. More details are provided here too.
