Taxonomic Analysis error

Hello Qiime2 users,
I encounter an error after Taxonomic analysis. I could see only Bacteria (kingdom level) as an attachment "

". and same situation with taxa-bar-plot. I used same grrengenes database v13.8 which is available in tutorial and could not find any option to select the level of taxonomy.

Kindly help me to solve this error.

The tutorial explicitly states not to use those pre-trained classifiers for real data - they are for demo purposes only. You can get your hands on some production-ready pre-trained classifiers here.

If you are still having issues after re-running with a full pre-trained classifer, please provide the following:

• The version of QIIME 2 you are using
• The classifier you are using
• What does your sequencing data represent? As in, 16S, ITS, something else?
• Which variable region(s) did you amplify to produce the sequencing data? Which primers did you use?
• What was the exact command you ran? Copy and paste please.
