Sum of squares tree and dendrogram

Dear all,

I would like to know if the taxa I got from the longest branch of the sum of squares tree it could be the same taxa I find in the dendrogram. Second question, is there any way to get the taxa from the dendrogram plot.

Hi @mjlopez, no you cannot get taxa easily. I recommend taking a look at empress https://github.com/biocore/empress
