Hey guys. I installed the SILVA 18SrRNA dataset (138.1) with Qiime2, but I would like to access to the metadata of them like the picture attached which was seen in SILVA website. Is there any spread seat or information?

We haven't premade something like that, but it may be possible.
Especially, I would like to access the host information of each microorganism sequences.

I think much of what you are looking for is available, or can at least be derived, from the metadata archive. For example here is a link to SILVA 138.2 metadata.
