Hi, I want to train my classifier with Silva 132.2SSU ref NR 99 dataset.i work with 16s RNA.my device can't load this large dataset.can anyone give the trained classifier.qza file?
There later versions of SILVA pre-trained versions available here, for use. Perhaps these will help?
