Running Qiime2 in Jupyter notebook

Hi, is it possible to run qiime2 in Jupyter note book which is installed in windows(Anaconda). If yes please let me know the details.

Hi @Mukil,

Welcome to the :qiime2: forum.

QIIME won't work directly within the windows file system at the moment. You could use a virtual box or install it on a partition or the windows linux subsystem, and then run inside a Jupyter notebook. But, I don't think direct installation into anaconda would work because of the assumptions about the file structure.
