Hi Greg, This looks like a great tool, but for some reason only one forward and one reverse of my 96 files are being recognized and the two are from different samples. Nor is the sample ID recognized. I will paste a screenshot to show you what i am seeing. any help would be appreciated.
@XandraS, a couple of things:
- Looking at those file names, I'm guessing the split pattern that is going to make sense here is
_[ACGT]+_ - I think you shouldn't have anything in the forward/reverse read pattern fields - looks like the defaults will work for you.
If that doesn't do it, please send over another screenshot with no pattern options filled in so I can see all of the file names.
@XandraS, I made some updates to better support this use case. Reload the page and you should see some new "Pattern Options". For your samples, if you set the pattern options as follows you should be all set:
