Hi, I started a topic on the forum to get some advice on a problem I have been having using qiime2. Someone posted advice while I was vacation, but the topic was closed before I got a chance to respond. Can I re-open a closed topic?

I suggest you open a new topic, and include a link to the original post. The forum software we are using (Discourse) is smart enough to cross-reference the topics, then the conversation can continue.
The auto-close is implemented to prevent “zombie” threads (not what you have here, but is certainly an issue).
