I’m new to QIIME2 so I apologize for any lack of detail in this post. I recently ran my data testing for microbial diversity across 17 soil samples and now I want to make a rarefaction curve but my question is do I have to run everything back through QIIME or is there a way I can take what I have just tell qiime to make a rarefaction curve and if so how do I go about doing that? Thank you in advance!

I am a bit confused - have you already imported and worked with these data in QIIME 2? If not, what kind of data do you have? Can you please provide a little more detail? Thanks!
