Qza File conversion

I have a fastq.gz file with demultiplex.
paired-end file.
file:R1_001.fastq.gz
file:R2_001.fastq.gz
I’m wondering how to replace it with a .qza file.

Please see the importing tutorial. You probably want a manifest format.
