Quality Plot Interpretation (data from Ion Torrent)

Hello!

I'm very new to Qiime2, and I just started with this single end data from Ion Torrent. I have this quality plot and I simply don't know where to truncate (for dada2). Yes, I have researched A LOT about this but I'm lost. Sorry if this is a super basic question.

Welcome to the forum!
Have you actually tried truncating at some value and run DADA2? What was the result there?
Unfortunately your reads do not look to be in great shape, so you may not have the best results with any parameter you pick. I’d start with truncating at 100 and fine tune it higher or lower from there depending on how many reads were retained, and how many reads you deem appropriate for your analysis.
