Can anybody please guide me how to install QIMME 2 in conda environment on jupyterhub using argon???

I think you will have better luck getting help here if you share some more details about things like:

  • What effort have you already made to solve your problem?
  • Specific examples of what you are confused about
    • What exactly did you try and how/why didn’t it work out for you?
  • What is argon?
