when I want to install the qiime2 within a conda environment, but after I enter the "wget https://data.qiime2.org/distro/core/qiime2-2020.2-py36-linux-conda.yml" command, the error showed that 正在连接 raw.githubusercontent.com (raw.githubusercontent.com)|0.0.0.0|:443... 失败：拒绝连接。

Can you click on the link below and load the page?
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/qiime2/environment-files/master/2020.2/release/qiime2-2020.2-py36-linux-conda.yml

If you can view the file, you could also try downloading it with the program curl

curl https://raw.githubusercontent.com/qiime2/environment-files/master/2020.2/release/qiime2-2020.2-py36-linux-conda.yml > qiime2-2020.2-py36-linux-conda.yml

We usually have people download this file from:

https://data.qiime2.org/distro/core/qiime2-2020.2-py36-linux-conda.yml

(which currently redirects to
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/qiime2/environment-files/master/2020.2/release/qiime2-2020.2-py36-linux-conda.yml, but this link should not be relied on - the data.qiime2.org link above is the canonical URL)

But @mango said they were have problems accessing raw.githubusercontent.com, so I suggested viewing this file on github.com at this URL:
environment-files/2020.2/release/qiime2-2020.2-py36-linux-conda.yml at master · qiime2/environment-files · GitHub

Can you view files at raw.githubusercontent.com? Can you view files at github.com? I'm not sure how avaiable GitHub is from within China, so I would appreciate any advice you have.

We could also post those files in this thread if you would like.
