When importing data, there are many types and formats, usually PairedEndSequencesWithQuality and PairedEndFastqManifestPhred33V2. How to judge this?

Here's our documentation that outlines the different types of sequencing data that can be imported into QIIME 2 and what each type represents - but ultimately, if you are unsure of the type of sequencing data you have, you should reach out to your sequencing provider to confirm.
