I am using 'q2 tools export' to export data to biom format (using version 2021.11). What are the allowed formats for TEXT when using '--output-format TEXT'?

Unfortunately, I believe that is a bit of a place holder at this point. In the future we would like to be able to let the user specify a particular output format, then QIIME 2 could use transformers(either built-in or from a plugin) to convert the data to a desired format, but I do not think this is available as of right now.
Currently the data will be exported in whatever format the data is stored inside the QIIME 2 artifact as, such as a BIOM v2.1 table.
