Qiime taxa barplot leaving out other samples

Kindly advise why QIIME barplot is leaving out other samples that are also present in the metadata file

Hey @kedi,

What do you mean by “leaving out”? Are the labels not in the plot, or is there a big white blank spot where the label is?

If your metadata is not sensitive, would you be able to post your problematic taxa barplot on the forum? (You can upload .qza/.qzv files here.)
