That looks spooky! I wonder if something went sour when miniconda was installed? Either way, this looks like the base installation isn’t working quite right. I would suggest double-checking your dotfiles to make sure there isn’t anything strange there, and if still having issues, remove miniconda and reinstall.

does this problem was solved as I am facing the same issue since yesterday

• Version of QIIME 2 you are running, and how it is installed (e.g. Virtualbox, conda, etc.)
• What is the exact command or commands you ran? Copy and paste please.
• What is the exact error message, if applicable? If you didn't run the command with the --verbose flag, please re-run and copy-and-paste the results.
