q2-diversity: rarefied table contains no samples or features

Hi @lizgehret Can you please check my files and let me know if there is any issue with my .qzv files. I am trying to do the alpha and beta diversity analysis but always getting the following errors: Plugin error from diversity:

The rarefied table contains no samples or features. Verify your table is valid and that you provided a shallow enough sampling depth.

Debug info has been saved to /tmp/qiime2-q2cli-err-05aa1jxc.log.

What should be the sampling depth for such analysis? I am not able to identify the errors I am committing while executing the commands.

Regards,

Deepak

It's good to see you again Dr. Kukkar,

It looks like the feature table from DADA2 only contains two features.

This is surprisingly low, as most samples I have seen contain >2 microbes.

Can you remind me of the biological context of these samples? If these are Axenic cultures, then having two taxa may be okay.

Do you have 5 samples in total, or are these 5 samples included here as a test run before running this pipeline on more samples?
